Katie Dalbey, LLC

Together we can sit in the ebb and flow of life.

My vision is to offer a safe environment to express your thoughts and emotions while in connection with one another. I believe therapy can help ground us in the present, while exploring the parts of ourselves that desire healing. I hope to create a space that can serve as a holding container, while the internal and external work begins.

So glad to meet you here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas (LSCSW) and Missouri (LCSW). It is a true honor to meet you at this moment in your journey. I am reminded each time I meet a new client of the immense bravery and vulnerability it takes to show up for yourself in the therapeutic space. I believe strongly in the core values of social work and the perspective they have given me as I have developed in my career. I am here to offer support and walk along with you in your journey to building the life that you want to live. I work with adolescents, adults, and families on finding intentional ways to cope with a range of life challenges. I have focused experience working with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and grief and loss. I have special interest in supporting individuals and couples moving through infertility. When outside of the therapy space I enjoy being outside, taking long walks, and camping with my family.
